We have recently received reports of unknown individuals impersonating OKU HOTEL and sending reservation-related messages via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms, directing recipients to click on external links or requesting payment.

 

To protect your personal information and financial security, we would like to remind you that:

 

• OKU HOTEL will not request payment or ask for credit card information via WhatsApp, SMS, or any third-party links

• All official reservations and payments are processed exclusively through the OKU HOTEL official website or designated booking platforms

• Please do not click on any unknown or suspicious links to avoid potential loss of personal data or financial assets
